Did you know our school buildings last more than 100 years! We also provide 10,000 litre water tanks for rooftop rainwater catchment.
In America, teachers talk about ‘summer slide‘, whereby students are academically behind due to the long summer holiday. In Africa, the long school holidays are in November to December after the completion of the national examinations.
When schools are closed, we keep our office library open for students to come in and read for fun. Last year, ‘The Ostrich and Other Stories’ was a favourite book.
