Help us keep students in school. We provide basic school supplies, scholarships and construct school buildings. Did you know a pencil costs more than 25% of a family’s daily income in rural Africa. If a student does not have a pen or pencil, they stay at home. Until someone purchases one for them. Then they go back to school. Did you know students without access to a library of books cannot expand their knowledge or study for leisure? Did you know students without a classroom study outside, under a shade tree or in the hot sun. While all national examinations require science experiments to be carried out in a fully equipped lab, most schools lack a science laboratory.
Your donations of school supplies, reading materials, pen, a pencil, an exercise book, a calculator, a geometrical math sets, school uniforms and more, prepares a student to succeed in the classroom and beyond. Students who are exposed to more books, perform better academically and do well in life.
Your scholarship donation will last a student the duration of study. We have set up The Rev. Donna Williams Scholarship Fund specifically to educate girls. Help us educate women who will raise, educate and lead the next generation.
With your generous donations to school buildings, we construct fully equipped modern classrooms, libraries and science laboratories. Last year, students at one of our partner schools received the gift of a library. These students now have a very active spelling bee club!
